Hiking & Kayak Shuttles
The Foothills Trail has three access points on Lake Jocassee that are only accessible by boat: Horsepasture, Canebrake or Laurel Fork. We can provide one-way or round-trip shuttles for hikers and their gear. Or you may want a kayak shuttle to the northern part of the lake to simply paddle around the majestic waterfall scenery, or for the brave, a drop-off so that you paddle down the entire lake!
Reservations are typically required. Despite the best of planning, we do understand that plans do sometimes change and we are normally able to accommodate last minute requests for shuttles due to inclement weather, illness and/or minor injuries. Enjoy the safety and comfort of the area's only professional outfitter and marina staff as well as the fastest shuttles to and from the northern end of the lake!
